Any mechanical problems with the car? Who did the swap? Do you have papers justifying the mileage? Whats the title of the car? Accidents? Any interior pics? Sorry, lots of questions, but i am really interested! Thanks!

Some one sent me an email asking some good questions I will post them here:

> 1) Is the car smogged, regged, and clean title?

Clean title and registered. Not smogged. Leaving that up to buyer. It is insanely hard to get the SR's smogged in Cali.

> 2) How is the carfax?

Clean. At least when I bought it 2 years ago. No accident since then.

> 3) Why are you selling?

Just bought another car. Don't need to have another race car taking up space in my driveway.

> 4) Any outstanding issues with the swap? Any leaking
> oil, any smoking, how is the turbo, who did the
> swap?

Swap is super clean. Has always run well since day one. No smoking, turbo seems fine. Swap was done by friends of mine from up north who have done many, many swaps.

> 5) Is there any body damage? How is the underbody?
> Any rust on the vehicle?

California car so no rust. Small dings on the front fenders. Very shallow dent in the rear quarter panel near the bumper on the passenger side (hardly noticeable).

> 6) How "stripped" is the interior? Was the sound
> deadening removed? All A/C components removed?
> What
> color is the car originally and what color is the
> interior? Has the interior been painted as well?

Interior is stripped of all panels, lights, etc. Under dash has been stripped too so no heater core or AC or vents. Basically just the dash support bar. The interior tar is still there because I got a little lazy and havn't gotten around to removing it yet. Original color of car is black. The original color of fenders are white, hood is green and bumper is blue but everything has been painted over with a satin black. The paint is a very quick job, done for utility vs. looks.

> 7) How are the coilovers? Dampening still good?
> How
> old are they?

Coilovers are about 2 months old. They are fine. Tein pillow-ball upper mounts are brand new.

> 8) Do you have the stock cat?

No.

> 9) Is the Autopower bar the bolt in kind or welded?

Bolt in.

> 10) As for the rest of the suspension, was it
> damaged
> in any way from the freeway incident? Tie rods, T/C
> rods, control arms all good?

I checked for any play in the suspension and it seems ok. I have thrown the stock tires on it for now and aside from a slight shimmy at 75 mph (most likely due to imbalance in the wheels), the car seems fine. It does need an alignment however as the steering wheel sits a bit crooked when going straight.

> 10) Will the car have any problems being driven back
> to AZ if purchased? How is the cooling system?
> Does
> it ever overheat? (It's 110-115 right now in Phx!)

I do not think it will have any problems making it to AZ. I have driven the car in its present state 2.5 hrs to Buttonwillow, thrashed the car around the track all day and driven it back w/o any problems. I have sat all day in stop and go LA traffic on some very hot days and the temp needle hasn't risen past the 1/2 way mark.

BTW, if you follow the link in my original post, you will see pics.

Put my name down on the list. I have no clue where the funds will come from, but I'd like to be there just in case things don't happen with everybody else.
