I have a new HTC G1 warranty exchange phone the phone is new not a re-man phone. I do not need it i am AT&T now and use the old unlocked G1 on AT&T.

this phone has never been used and is still in the box. only taken out for pics and some apps are on the phone.

First $115 takes it.. Thats $115 shipped to your door.

you do not get ( Battery - back plate - data cable - charger ) you will need to get that yourself

this is still a good deal the phone itself retails for over $170

Warranty Exchanged phones are not Brand New. All the extra parts needed adds up to 60-90 bucks. You can find them all day on craigslist for 100-150 complete.

Sorry but wrong. I have had this phone for over 9months now sitting in a box. You have the option to have a new phone sent anytime you want. I wasn't paying the $5 insurance I was paying for the premium insurance that was $14 a month so I chose new over re-man.
