ok so im running 180sx calipers with cr titian kai.
pads are only like a month old.
on the passenger side i see more wear.. and it locks up WAY before the driver side.

well i took everything off, greased all the pins that go into the caliper and all.
took it for a drive passenger side is still locking up and sticking.
whats next?? to trouble shoot..?? should i compress the caliper a few times??
the driver side did it at first but it went away in time.
thanks guys dj.

upgrade to stainless steel brake lines, chances are that the rubber ones are pinching them selves shut from wear which often leads to premature locking and often staying locked for a few seconds after release of the pedal.

can you tell me a bit more about this?
and i was planning on upgrading to those.
do you think that takin gthe caliper off and compressing it then pumping the pedal so the piston is fully extended repeat a few times would tell me if the calipers pison is sticking?? upgrade to stainless steel brake lines, chances are that the rubber ones are pinching them selves shut from wear which often leads to premature locking and often staying locked for a few seconds after release of the pedal.

you are running some 180SX calipers which are about 20 years old, and have about 200K miles on them. Correct me if I'm wrong and you have proof they are new. Parts don't last forever, just do a rebuild on them, and get new lines.

i run ebc green stuff in the rear.....great locking, low dust, and minimal fade on the track....
