Car drove fine yesterday, I swapped out wheels in the front and changed the oil, didn't mess with anything else. Now sitting or moving when I make a hard left or right it grinds and pops a little and the steering feels hard and unresponsive 75% of the time.
I jacked it back up and inspected everything and couldn't find anything. Any ideas? since it could be a wide aray of things..

Are them wheels straight? Do they rub against any suspension components?

Do you have coils? It could be a possiblity that the coil is binding. Upper pillow ball might need lubrication and or the coil spring isnt seating correctly and popping in and out of place.
And by swapping wheels what do you mean. Different wheel widths? different tire sizes? Make sure your not rubbing on anything

Your springs came out of the seat while the car was in the air....and you might need a spacer....like a 10mm....

^ alright I'll check it out, the wheel doesn't seem to be rubbing anything but I completely forgot to mention that when your sitting still and turn the wheel the car raises and lowers. The wheels i put on are the same size and offset and so are the tires so I don't think they have anything to do with it.
Thanks for the help guys I'll report back tomorrow.

Okay, so I adjusted the coil to where I think it should sit. It makes hardly any noise when you steer now. The whole side of the car that your steering towards still goes up in the air though...

The tires dont actually leave the ground but it looks as if the body is raising up an inch or so. Not driving it until I get all this mess sorted out. I'm stumped on this one, everything seems to be in order maybe a tie rod is slightly bent?

That's normal. It has to do with camber change as the wheels turn.
