HID retrofit stuff: Comes with ballasts, bulbs, wiring and projectors. This is the REAL DEAL! No Ebay bullshit. OEM Infinti Bi-Xenon projectors from a FX35 and OEM Infiniti ballasts and bulbs from a G35. Uses D2S bulbs (they are covered by a paper towel to keep the bulbs free from grease). $150

What insert are you talking about? It comes with whatever insert it came with from the factory.
