I just got Cavestory on the Wii. This game is all kinds of epic. I would recommend it to any one into old school games.

Looks tits. Like Gunstar Heroes with a jetpack.

Not as frantic but very similar. I've seen it compared to super metroid but without the back tracking.

Yes.

There are multiple endings. Optional equipment. A few story changing choices.

This is one instance where I think the artist deserves to be payed for his work, whether he wants it or not.
