So i was at a friends house i parked in the street basically in front of my friends house. 100% legal. I came outside to grab 5$ because it was in my car (all black s14). While walking to my car i noticed a white piece of paper to be what looks like a ticket on the window, i opened it up and it reads:

"4-25-10 This is NOT a parking space for you. Dont park this peice of SHIT here again. ILL SET IT ON FIRE"

lol and the underlines are underlined on the paper also.

i put the paper back on the window. When me and my buddy came back from the store, after spending the 5$ I look at my car and there is another white piece of paper.:rofl: [email protected]

the white paper says some funny stuff; just looking at the way this guy wrote this is great. half the words are wrong and you cant even read his writing. you can hardly read it.

so im going to scan these 2 papers and post it up on here in a lil bit, but i need drivers for my scanner. later on tonight...

I normally have no problem when people park in front of my house on the street and it drives me towards the end of my block 5-6 houses down, its all fair game. What does PISS me off is that you can park two trucks in front of my house and some retard parks in the middle which pretty much leaves room to park a smart car in front and behind their POS without blocking the driveways around it. I have this one neighbor, that parks his truck right in front of his house, taking up a potential 2 spaces. He also parks 2 cars in the 3 spaces infront of another neighbors house. And he has a freakin' driveway that he doesn't park in. He does it so that I won't park my cars or my dad's beat up work van right there. It pisses me off, cause there's no where else to park, and I live directly behind their houses, in a hidden apartment complex.

As a Los Angeles Criminal Threats Attorney I am often askewd what a threat is and how it can result in being charged with a felony. First, a willful threat to cause bodily injury or death. Second, the person making the threat must intend it to be such. Third, the threat must be made in writing, orally or by electronic means. Fourth, the threat on its face must be so unequivocal and immediate as to convey a gravity and sense of purpose. Lastly, the threat must cause the person to be in sustained fear. The threat can be conditional if it meets the above elements. The threat can be made thru a third person as long as it gets to the intended victim. The crime is a felony wobbler and is a strike in the state.

I'd save that letter an call the cops. Just because I hate when people start acting like they are the cops an try to take shit in their own hands. 1st you parked in front of a "PUBLIC" sidewalk. 2nd he threatened you and your property. I would just scare the crap outta his as an call them saying you fear for your safety of you and your friend since he is his neighbor. Cop really wouldn't do shit other than just go to his house, tell him it was a stupid idea to leave a letter like that an keep the note for evidence if anything happens in the future. Then I would park there every single day after that.
