does the flywheel need to be resurfaced? what condition is it in?

its pretty smooth, its possible to reuse it in its condition, no scuffs or anything but just like any similar auto part, i would recommend resurfacing it. what you see in the picture is debris from a few of my projects. sorry i should have cleaned it.
