i just installed taka oil restrictor on my s14 t28 bb turbo.
now i have a large oil leak in that area? wtf??
now my question is does these restrictor need some type of crush washer?
i just installed it raw with no washer at all.
BTW i have circuit sports turbo ss lines

I made sure it was tight i snaked a 1/2 wrench and tried to tighten ever more but it seems like thats the far it will go.
i talked to three guys with this same problem.
should i remove the turbo out the motor and try to tighten even more??
its so tight in that area i could bearly fit my hand

You shouldn't need a washer. I just tightened mine down as far as it can go. No problems. Also, I didn't use a restrictor with my stock turbo, only when I went with the 2871R.
I don't think you need a restrictor for the stock turbo. I didn't have one on mine.

I hate to say it, but i foresee this thread ending in epic stripping or breaking of the restrictor and/or oil feed port.

I suspect the restrictor is damaged, if you pull it out check for cracks. On CLEAN threads apply thread sealer, make it a habit, do it all the time and you are insured in the future, on parts that have fluid traveling through them of course.
