I have alittle issue with my alternator. The stud snapped off, is there a way to fix this issue without me getting another alternator, rebuild, modifying ka alt, etc...

I didn't know the alternator had stubs built into it. You should be able to put something in there and hammer the rest of the broken stud out.

time for some delicate work...
spray that stud end with penetrating oil and drill into the stud with a high grade thin drill bit
gradually increase the hole in the stud with bigger bits making sure to avoid hitting threaded parts or going too deep
possibly hitting the area around the stud with heat if you can do that without damaging the alternator
cram an easy-out into that thing and ease it out without being jerky
if you don't want to bother with that project im sure you could take the alternator to a shop and pay some guy 20-30 cash to do it for you
i had to do this with an exhaust stud. it sure is satisfying once that bit gets outta there

That could work but knowing me Ill prob mess up the alternator even more, couldn't I use one of the other threaded holes next to it or does it have to be that one only?

is it the ground lug? If it is don't worry about it. Just put the ground cable on another bolt on the alternator, or somewhere nearby on the engine block.
if it's the (+) lug, then have fun!
