Sr power steering help

Alright so I installed my new rack, control arms, tie rods etc. I still dont have full power steering. Before this I had it half way, it definitely wasnt 100% missing but it was always leaking and it was bad. Now when I drive its there if my rpms are over 3-4k, but if I put the car in neutral I have almost no power steering like it was before.

So couple questions. Im almost positive its the pump, if so what are my options. I hear something with the stock ka pump but I would need to change some things. will the se-r sentra sr20 pump work? Anyone have a used s13 blacktop pump?

If you don't think its the pump please let me know what else to look into. Thanks

i do hv the same problem before.bc i changed my p/s pump lines with aftermarket braided one from enjuku,so i wont use the stock sensor that goes to ecu to kick up the idle.what i did just adjust the idle screw and replace my rack system (already leaked before) and filled them with atf instead of p/s fluid.
do u hv any grinding noises or something? i hv spare pump from s13 blacktop if u need one
