Trying to find a kind of fabric

ok, so i've got this pair of raver pants made out of this material that would rock for a shift/ebrake boot, but I don't know where I can find it. (no i'm not ripping up the pants, they cost me 60 dollars) I'm including a pic. If anyone knows where I could find it, lemme know. Thanks

or check tj maxx marshalls filenes basement or salvation army.

those are discount stores and everyone should have a salvation army
