S14 Battery Tie Down

Can anyone tell me how these hook up? Mine didn't come with one so I'm going to buy one from Autozone.

I have an S14 Zenki.

hook on bottom, tie on top, nut on threads, screw clockwise.

I get that, I'm just not sure where the front hook goes. The second hook hooks into the metal part that the tray sits in.

Did you ever come up with a solution for this? I just bought a S13 that didn't come with a battery tie down as well. Can't find an alternative from the local Autozone or O'Reileys. Looks like I might have to modify one but looking if anyone has other alternatives.

Only one hook goes into the tray itself. You need the battery tie down that goes across the battery and that mounts to the core support in the front...

If you already bought the autozone special...drill a hole on the bottom of the tray and run the stud up. Hook the tie down into it, put the nut into it then cut off the excess of the stud.
