bad cluster?

i have a 95 s14 bought it with the problem the tach bounces from 0 to 1000 and thats it any help would be appriciated

i have the same problem with my 98 along with my temp gauge bouncing back and forth, the tach all the way back and forth randomly

i have a tach problem (bounces everywhere, mostly just doesnt work, but sometimes on rare occasion it works), switched the cluster and the problem persisted.

so funny I see this because today out of no where my temp gauge dropped to the peg and then bounced around, then I put it in neutral and then got back in gear and it steadied out, and it has been normal sense, except I can kind of see it moving a bit, almost like it is throbbing.
