Not sure if anyone watches this but ill go ahead and say it is REALLY GOOD! If you like 300 im sure you will love this how. They are at about 12 episodes so far. Very GRAPHIC. NOT WORK SAFE. But its the story that captures you.

I highly recommend this show to you guys. It is on netflix streaming or you can find it uploaded somewhere online.

300 was great. but do we really need to 300ize everything else?
roman equipment is wrong for the era, about 100+ years too early for segmentata and squared off scutum. ridiculous portrayal of thracians and getai. oh well.

i can't wait for season 2, sorry to hear the main actor is getting chemo treatment right now. i hope the show goes on with andy something. yeah a lot of nude and sex scenes on that show. THIS SHOW REMINDED ME OF HBO'S ROME.

Finally watched the finale, and man...I have no words. That was immensely satisfying. Not once have I EVER, EVER, EVER seen a show go from so lackluster to something so great, and get better episode, after episode, after episode. The finale was juts too good. I really hope Season 2 comes sooner rather than later.

Word. Serious doubt has been called upon the tastes of the ppl that referred this show to me... If I weren't high, theres no way I would have been able to make it through those first two episodes...

I mean, if you just wanna see T&A, there are better sources. The action and the dialog are pretty god awful.

Watched about 7 episodes last night.
It is very entertaining.
Kinda has a similar plot feel to Gladiator.
It borrows a lot of stylistically from 300.
lots of Rome tv series influence as well.

Maybe not as gory and as much sex as id like
(i blame you all for hyping that up, lol).
Enjoyable nonethless.
Im going to try and finish watching the season this week.
Some of the script & acting is a little corny,
but really nothing near as bad as say CSI Miami

Yeah ive had the full first season on bootleg blue-ray for well over a year now. maybe more than that, but i don't remember.

Such a good show. I enjoyed every episode from the first to the last one. Tons of boobies for suuurrrre. funny i was totally going to start a thread like this hellla long ago, but wasn't sure if there would be much interest. can't wait to start watching the prequel/ season 2. I've been trying to get a lot of my friends in to it, but no ones making the effort. haha. although mentioning hot girls and nudity sparks a greater interest. haha

I'll wait until the entire series is over before I watch it. Season one was AWESOME (after the first episode) and I can't wait to see what happens next.
