IMO supra tail lights look ugly on a 240 coupe or hatch..S13 or S14. They seem to small for the rear of any 240 to me.

Also, is it just me or does that grey 240 have some positive camber up front???:eek:

Oh, and I guess I forgot to add my comments on the looks. Its ugly, but if you have the power to back it up looks make no difference.

240s only look decent with the following conversions.
-Silvia front end conversions
-180sx kouki tail conversions
-R32 headlight or tails on a coupe
-R33 on Zenki S14, I think it would look decent but have yet to see any good pics of it
-And the one pic I saw of a 240Z front on an S13, although odd it was a good job and kinda blened old school with new school.

I have yet to really see any good conversions out of that box, even though I would never do it, but I could at least appreciate a good conversion that fits with the car.

Here's my take on it.....

I think on that application the mkiv tails work fine. They fit in with the look fine. Here is the issue though. If you put something like that on your car, you have to be ready to make it FIT. The owner of that car did some serious mods to the body and that is why the tails work with it, not to mention he molded them in along the same lines of the 240's original lights. You can't just slap those on you car, you have to make it FIT the overall look of your car. So if you like the look, and you're seriously considering purchasing those lights, don't look for approval....buy them, but know what you want and what you are getting into...

Well said. I dont necessarily like the guy's thought of putting Supra lights on his S13, but I have to admit.. the final execution isnt too shabby. I kinda dig that car, but I would have to see it in real life before I can fully say "I LIKE THAT CAR." The problem is, these lights are NOT bolt on. I've seen too much ghetto-fabrications to say "yeah its cool" because most of the time, its not.

Besides, his car actually has some balls from what I've read.

It looks alright but i woulnt spend my money like that on tail lights that don't belong on the car. I would have spent the money on kouki tail lights or something thats actually useful to the car.
