pls help me with my fix my 240

my car has been acting up the last couple of days. at first when i turn

it on n warm it up the car is fine it runs normal but once i drive it for

about 15min the car starts kinda misfireing n if im at a red light n i give

it gas to go it bogs n the rmp's shoot down n i have to floor it so it

wont shut off. then once i turn it off n try to turn it back on it wont

turn on more have to let it sit for a wile before i can start it again...

engine is a ka24de


acupple of my friends said it might b my fuel pump but i want to get some more opinions or find some one who has had the same problem n can help fix my car or help me figure out my problem

sounds like an iacv valve issue maybe u can just give it a little clean that might fix it up, had that happen on my bros 95 240. if not replace it, that's what we did.

its a 91 s13... ka24de came out of an 97 s14 but i dint change harness or anything

it might be ur maf sensor just gooing bad

Check your CTS and fuel pressure. I assume you have done the simple tune up stuff already
