i think it bolts up (don't quote me)

and i would NOT recommend using the stock s13 ecu. obviously a t28 flows more than a t25, therefore more fuel is required

ya it bolts up fine, need clocking adapters 4 the elbows and u can run it with the stock ecu and tune up to about 10psi, you will need aftermarket lines tho for it tho

yeah the previous owner of my sr ran s14 t28 with 264 cams on stock ecu and MAF, it worked, but i didn't wanna chance it so i upgraded to z32 maf, s15 480cc injectors and enthalpy tune, hopefully it keeps me safe!

yes it works fine. i was running T28's on my redtop damn near the entire time i had it and i never had any problems. just get the clocking adapters and the necessary gaskets (you will need two for each elbow, one gasket on on each side of each adapter) and you will be good to go.
