Injen Extension on S13

Is the Cold Air Extension by Injen universal? Does the extension fit the s13? I went onto their website and it says the extension is only for the 95-98 240sx. Do i have to modify the extension or are they just tripping?

it will fit i have one on my 92,and my friend has one on his 89.
