that's how i had mine wired in to pass japanese inspection. the pattern has a cutoff much higher than that of the low-beam so i highly doubt they are fog lights. i suppose you could use them for that, though, if you aimed them down.

thats wierd because i owned a reak 93 silvia k and it had a fog light button that would turn on the inner brick headlight

the inner, is made for fog i believe, because h3c never came with high and low. but h4 does. i had h3c or h3 yellow hids, in the inner socket it was really bright.

maybe they are fogs, but they sure as shit passed JCI as high beams
it would make sense since the outer beams are H4

The inner lights are foglights.
The outter ones are low/high beams.
I have hid's in my bricks.
They don't blind shit. Why? because I aimed them and they suck.

you can just use h3 hid kit
wtf?... Brick lights... Non-projector??? I had an imported silvia and now converted a 240... There are just no fog lights at all (both with bricks)... Inners are high, outter are low.. Using inners as fog lights must bring you lotsa friends...
I know highs are H10... but can't remember lows...
