tap around the sides with a flathead screwdriver.

I used a wood chisel and tapped it around the lip, then a screw driver.
cool; i've been doing that with no luck. i'll keep trying..
got 5lug hubs from jspec and installing 300zx rear hubs. also doing the full 300zx brake swap.

if that fails sometimes getting a big pair of pliers and twisting the cap around a bit and then trying to get it off helps
thanks everyone; 2 broken screwdrivers later i got it off! hehee
i got the 5 lug hub on but it seem like it is harder to turn then the stock unit.
anyways; do you use the 300zx front caliper mounting bolts? or use the stock s13 ones?

IIRC use the S13 mounting bolts..
Are you sure those wheels will clear ?
nope! doesn't look like it. i had the rotor on and there is about an inch between the rim and the rotor. oh well;
the s13 bolts only turn in about 2-3 turns and then it is hard to turn it. i'll give it another try.
thanks
