[some advice that i took from steve was to get a Power Fc because most of the Japanese ecu's that are Pre-tuned mines,nerve,top secret etc. are tuned for air,gas and so on for japan so timing and everything is a little different]

-my sr was running less hp then it was suppose to actually have because of the timing that this ecu was making my SR run...and i had full 3 in exhaust from the turbo back,fmic,bigger inj. & raised boost.

Just get a complete full standalone at that specs. You'll be making mad power.. Thing will jump from 132 to 232whp like nothing, They're relatively cheap now. GL!

I have a Power FC now and got my car tuned by steve about a month ago and he pulled 208whp out of it on 10psi...

Upgrades now are:
-S15 turbo
-Power FC
-Z32 maf
-Denso 550cc injectors
-Megan turbo elbow,downpipe,test pipe,bussyclub spec 2
-Turbo greddy intake pipe and filter
-FMIC

Everything was the same as previous dyno and the first video posted only thing i added was the Power FC,and S15 turbo and compression on my motor is 160,155,155,155

About $3000 thats just on upgrades and tune and i still plan to get a freddy intake manifold and nice tubular or tomei exhaust manifold maybe some hks cams most expensive parts were the:
dyno tune $450
S15 turbo $750
Power FC $700

should be going back on the rollers with the fixed transmission and a tune on the car.

If I remember correctly according to the guys @ JER which has a Dyno Dynamics as well. Typically a good running bone stock S13 SR running T25 on 8~10psi with an FMIC upgrade only nets about 180~190rwhp.

208whp on 10psi I'm currently running 14psi and I'm spanking on 04 cobras out here all day long I wanna go back and see how much whp 14psi puts out I'm going to purchase intake manifold and exhaust manifold and get re-tuned on 17-18psi if I don't put out atleast 280whp-320whp then yeah Ima be upset bc I see many ppl put out near that without as many upgrades and my motor is a good healthy motor

I would have to difinitely agree with you on this.. You're looking at about really a good 30rwhp gain over a good running stock setup. If you spent about 3K just on upgrades. Thats about $100/1hp ratio.. Seems kinda high for my taste.

Sadly.. You're correct on that many have spent that much money for those pricey upgrades.. All I can say is that there are other options out there which will be the best for your buck and not really sacrifice something if any. It's a nice setup though...

And it's not just buying the turbo because most turbos require some kind of customizing for ex. S15 turbos require re-clocking adapters then your gonna wanna get new turbo gaskets and exhaust manifold gaskets then while your at it why not get some ss turbo lines then customizing the oil drain tube or getting a $60 one from frsports or something and all these parts were good deals they did not coat me full price I've seen ppl pay full price for parts like this and it end up coming out to over $4500 then having someone install it if they can't themselves

yeah, car doesn't usually hit any sort of cut on the street so it was odd having it happen on the dyno. i'm still not sure if it's fuel or a boost cut.

You have to remember on a Dyno Dynamics the dyno reads lower then others. So you would have to find out if those cars with similar setup used a dyno dynamics to get that 280-320rwhp. My friend dyno'd his s13 with SR(rebuilt) with s14 t28 , Front Mount, stock injectors , 10psi(stock), and exhaust leak and got 180hp on a dyno dynamic.

Also I thought that stock manifolds were pretty good flow wise.

Here's my very first KA24DE-T setup being Dyno'ed @ JER. Stock block KA running basic T28 turbo setup, SR 370cc, N60 Maf, Enthalpy ECU, FMIC and 3" Exhaust system. Had about $1300 invested on everything for the setup. Had the car setup for a good 4+ yrs.. I put down 232rwhp and 300ftrq on DynoDyanamics roller.

On that Dyno it was on 10 psi.. and had it boosting up to 14 psi afterward using Greddy Profec never dynoed it on that boost level but torque was monstrous as you can see 10 psi already had huge amount of torque 14 was Whoaaaaa

These were my dyno numbers and afr numbers after steve tuned my car on the dyno dynamics which let me hit 207.8hp my boost controller broke at the dyno so i can only tune it on stock boost :/ but it wld creep up to 10psi towards the end of my powerband... so if i got it right i should be hitting 241whp on a dynoJet

I had a "jdm" tuned ecu from top fuel. It was supposed to be for stock motor + bolt ons + boost. Seemed to be running good on my car. Felt a more torquey in the midrange. I never got to dyno my t25 on the stock ecu but it trapped 108mph so i would assume 240whp or so. I always wondered about jdm ecu's running on our poo 91 octane. guess i got lucky

So my goal is to try and replicate that. I now have s15 turbo hks actuator, still all the same stuff and will put it to 15psi. This time i will be sure to get video and chart

I have almost the same exact setup..but slight difference is I have a isis turbo manifold, enthalpy ecu, 6psi..I made 220hp and 170tq or 180tq i dont remember. dynoed at jotech motorsports in garland texas

oh and i have s13 blacktop

Steve will already tell you, the greddy intake manifold will hurt your numbers with a little whimpy t28.

Not very much... E85 fuel requires more fuel so 550cc is practically downgrading to smaller size injector so effectively only running about 440cc. Wont have enough fuel to turn up boost but you can certainly put some more aggressive timing..
