going to go look at a s13 coupe

So, Im going to go take a look at a 90 coupe for sale at 4pm. Its has 180k but a rebuilt motor top to bottom, automatic, clean title. Would 1000 be a good deal for the car? Im looking for something reliable, since my last 240 got jacked, and I'm in need of a car. Anything I should look for before buying it?

Other than what I mentioned above the car is all stock with an aftermarket intake.
