s13 with coilover camber plates (tein ) and no aftermarket tie rods or tension rods

whats causing the problem? do i need adjustable tie rods?

the outer part of the tire keeps wearing out.

had it aligned and months later problem came back

how many months are you talking about here?? you can hit a bump enough and it can throw off the alignment.
The biggest thing that gonna kill your tires is camber and toe. those 2 together= VERY poor tire life

Check your toe...get a measurement across the front and back of the wheel at the same spots and they should be the same. If not, then your toe is off...

Yeah if the outer edge is way worn, it could be 2 things:

1) Positive camber (doubtful....VERY, VERY doubtful)

2) Too much toe in, which means that the outside edge is always leading the inside edge, increased wear.

It is a known fact that having toe out of alignment produces dramatically faster wear than if the camber is out of alignment

Bad camber, tire is still rolling, but one part is touching more

Bad toe, you are "dragging" the tire in some sense.

If you are dead serious, why didn't you just search?

There are toe rods in the back that adjust toe. If you are really lowered, you may not be able to bring the toe back into spec, so you should look into aftermarket toe rods.
