I have a KA-T with a spec stage 3 clutch and a fidanza lightweight flywheel. Enthalpy tune.
After load(e.g. if i go past 6k rpm in any gear and depress the clutch, the rpm will drop all the way down and die). It was worst before I recirculated my bov. If I engine brake, its all good.
Can this be my lightweight flywheel?

check your maf its not your flywheel

sound like you have a vacuum leak. maf problems will do the same thing. also check your BOV it might be leaking from there. try another BOV or try plugging your vacuum hose from the BOV and test it.

not familiar with KAT but if you still use the iacv after the turbo swap then its your iacv. my sr did the same, cleaned the iacv and it never happened again

Well ive checked my maf. I wired it up wrong the very first time(surpisingly, after i checked the diagram multiple times. ahah)
i havent checkd the iacv.
so possible culprits are...
vacuum leak
maf
iavc
can I drive my car if my bov doesnt have a vacuum source? compressor surge?

all you have to do is try it without that vacuum line on your BOV take off the hose and just plug it, drive for a couple of blocks then see.
