Heres the deal, I just moved to small condo from a 2 car garage home and I need a safe place to store my s13 and do work on it from time to time.
Maybe keep a set of wheels there and an exhaust.
I want pay $$ monthly for this, or maybe sign some sort of lease.
If I can find someone or a couple reliable trustworthy people who need the same thing maybe we can go in on something together,
Like a small warehouse space or shop.
Im not trying to do side work, I have no need for it and do have a full time time job.
Ive posted an add on craigslist and have seen a few spots but most of them are residential, so unless your neighbors dont mind hearing the noise Id like to keep it strictly industrial.
I have found a few locations that seem ideal but a bit high on price for me to do it alone, and I would need a partner.
Either way PM me your ideas, details, etc.
I would like to stay local to OC, Huntington beach, westminster, Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Costa mesa, newport.
