Tips For Rusty Chassis on Hoist

Gonna try to get my car on a hoist at work again today.
Any tips for making this easier?
Maybe something with 2x4s? or an alternate location?

Yesterday I called it off when shit looked read to buckle...
The chassis isn't THAT bad, just a typical Canadian Car that has seen salt and winters....

you could try 2x4 but i can only see that proving very minimal weight distribution on the lift if your car is how it sounds.

Again. It's not THAT bad. I have both seen and owned worse.

I'm just trying to be careful...

2x4 would disperse the weight the best, I just wouldn't be underneath it that's for sure.
