preload/ droop settings

i got stance gr+ today, i was fucking with em before putting them on, confused as to what to do (first set dont flame) and i messed with the top spring perches rather than the bottom perch thing. i think i might have messed up the droop/preload settings. what are my consequences?

no consequences. set the spring perch so the spring is captive but not compressed. adjust height after install by shock body length. the end.

alright thank god. also, for these coilovers, do i need to remove the coilover to adjust ride height? sorry for these nooby ass questions, its my first car :)

no. the entire assembly can turn in the lower bracket while fully bolted up (as long as its not seized via rust, anyway)

sweet, i was under the impression it didnt have to. i took them off 3 times lol. no rust, brand new coils :)
