So i just pulled my s14 sr20det WC ecu out of my car to tidy up the engine bay with a fresh coat of paint and to reloom my engine harness and lower harness because it looks terrible. As i was going over the engine harness i notice a stray wire taped up that was just cut off, it is blue with a purple stripe. It runs to the side where the maf wire runs, so i followed it back to the F4 plug and it splits with another, thinner blue/purple wire that runs to the purple connector by the aicv valve. Anyone have a clue where this wire runs on the side that was just cut off??? I tried looking at diagrams and everything but i cant find a blue/purple wire and since I repinned the F4 plug before just cant seem to retrace my wiring to find out where it goes!!!

I think i finally figured out what it does. I believe the wire is the SR a/c compressor wire and the other end runs to the iacv to kick up the idle when the a/c is switched on, so since im using codyace brackets and a KA a/c compressor i use the USDM a/c plug but will the iacv kick up wire still work on the dash harness if on the correct pin??? The way it seems is iff i just eliminate the wire going from the dash harness to the a/c compressor and just keep it going to the iacv it will still kick the idle up. Pleese correct me if i am wrong.
