because im not made of money. my stock fuel rail bolts up, but it seems like the holes on the new fuel rail aren't in the right place.

Not to be a dick, but why would you waste money on the Greddy fuel rail? You CAN afford to waste 300-400 on that, but can't afford to shell out the extra 200-300 to get a realy Greddy IM?

The OEM fuel rail is really perfectly fine...it flows enough fuel for even 450+ hp.

so your trying to get that much power and what not with shitty ass parts? Wtf is wrong with you? oh wait nvm your Canadian it all makes sense now =]

If the Isis Manifold is directly copied off the 1st series Greddy Intake Manifold those manifolds did not allow the Greddy Fuel Rail to bolt up. The 2nd series Greddy Intake Manifold will allow it to bolt up though.

actually it's not canadians that have a global reputation for being dim witted.

I guess the general consensus is that if you are baller enough to build a 500 whp GT3071R top mount twinscroll Full Race SR20, then shell out the fucking extra $300 and buy a real Greddy Intake Manifold.

still your the one (not saying you as a Canadian , just you as an individual) who's currently fucked...:keke:

sadly, by ur logic ur being american (I.E. dim witted if you were to stupid to understand). If (its a pretty big IF) you had any real sense, you would get off the forums hit up Isis, and ask what bboyoracle already pointed out, and youll probably have ur fucking answer...

i see what your saying, but take this into consideration. I live in Canada. isis products come from enjuku racing which is in Minneola, FL. Making a phone call is long distance and costs money. asking on a forum is free. hey look, they yielded the same results, and it cost me nothing.

what it comes down to is that i will be mounting a q45 throttle body on that fake manifold. i will then be port matching it to 3inches to match the throttle body size. while I'm at it i will also be polishing the entire inside of the manifold (which is actually not nearly as bas as one would expect), and while getting my head and block decked (among other things) i will have the manifold gasket surface checked as well. The end result is a manifold that is probably just as smooth, if not smoother and an all around exact copy of the greddy. The only difference is that i saved around $400. and before you bring it up, i would have had the machine shop check ANY aftermarket manifold before mounting it.

in terms of the fuel rail. i will simply weld a couple aluminum weld nuts on in the correct locations and my problem is solved.

alright well good luck man. Just be careful....as I am sure you know, it's really important that the fuel rail is being pulled in at the right angle like OEM or else you may not get a good seal.

i have a knock of greddy manifold that i recieved with a motor set.

i had i the inside bead blasted, smoothend out, polished, and match ported...so i saved about 300-400 also. manifold will be pretty damn close to the greddy one for half the price. call it what you want to call it but it saved me money and it works.

it is what it is. in the end everyone has their own opinions, but i think the general consensus is that its pretty hard to hate on a 500whp car, fake intake manifold or not. no matter what you do, someone will always hate on it.

I'm sure this is what i'll hear next "why are you running cp pistons and BC rods? that's gay. shoulda just forked over the extra money and bought a tomei genesis motor"

Hey CP Pistons has some of the best clearances, and would really spring for some pauter rods tooo if that much horsepower... And HKS cams are just simply amazing compared to everything out there.... so don't knock on cp's... lol
