Im not getting power to my igniter chip or consequently my spark plugs. Which plug gives it power?

your ignitor doesn't get power. it gets ground signals from the ecu, then amplifies that and gives ground pulses to the corresponding coil pack to fire it.
your coil packs get power on the thick white middle wire on each one from the thick blue/red wire th
at goes to your coil pack subharness 6 pin grey plug (that has 5 wires in it)
basically somewhere in your harness you should have wired that blue/red wire to an ignition 12 volt power supply.
you should also have a ground eyelet on your coil pack subharness that you will bolt aka ground on the back of your head.
back to the ignitor. one side has 4 wires, the other side has 5 wires. that 5th wire should be ground.

yes I found that I didnt have the big blue wire with red stripe soldered to the black/pink wire forward of the fuse box under the hood. Now its got spark but only on the front cylinder. More troubleshooting to come... Im going to take the valve cover off and reset factory timing because my motor came with a brand new cas and im sure they just threw it on there .
