German Nissan 200sx S13 Gauge Cluster

How are they different from USA Nissan 240sx or JDM Nissan 180sx Gauge Clusters?

-Fuel gauge has a yellow line at empty mark instead of a white line
-km/h goes from 0 to 240 km/h
-Tach goes 9000 but redline is 6800 to 7100
-Coolant gauge has a red area at HOT!

Found a cluster on ebay germany. The dude wants 150 Euro... $200. Im looking to pay about 1/2 that which I think is fair.

Also like to buy S14 (5 Lug) Lug nuts.
