i think i just hit 30. no front plate, no proof of insurance (LOL WHERE'S MY CARD HA HA DUNNO OFFCR). gonna go have both thrown out on my lunch break, and call my lawyer and see if he keeps a tally.
in this thread: how many tickets you've had. not bashing on cops, not bragging about how you were pulling sick style points mid drift and the officer's eyes turned into stars as you slid by, just how many tickets you've had.

I dont keep track, but I believe i have around 9 for speeding. Ive got one for a right where it said no right turn. One for my accident when i was 16 (slid thru an intersection on ice, gave me "running a red light"- like i did it on purpose... dumbasses).

Ive been pretty lucky all in all. All of my speeding tickets except three have been out of state and not reported to insurance. All three of my instate ones have been dropped to 5mph over, no points. I'll pay fines all day because i KNOW i drive fast. Thats how the world works, i dont complain about it. I take em in stride. As long as I can avoid getting the points, I'm okay with a speeding ticket every six months or so.

I did get nailed twice in two days before though. That sucked. Thank god it was in two different states.

about 4 years ago I got one for doing 120 on the fwy... That was a $681 ticket.
Since then, I got one for not having my insurance card (which I fought and won) and some bullshit one for supposedly running a red (also fought and won).

well, little bullshit tickets like these, you just have to show that you fixed the issue. i pulled up to the muni court with the plate on and a new copy of my insurance card, told the lady inside to come look at both, and that was it.

but there's some bizarre legal loophole here in MO where you can turn any moving violation into a non-moving violation. like most of my speeding tickets have been turned into illegal parking or something of that nature. then you just pay the non-moving violation, which don't put points on your license. it makes no sense whatsoever but you basically just pay a small premium to drive as fast and reckless as you want.

i know that every 24 months in MO you can choose to do traffic school, and you won't get points, but then you have to actually go to court, and you have to go to traffic school. i've done it once... never again.
doesn't IL have that system where you can go on double secret probation or whatever if you get a ticket, and so long as you don't get another ticket for a year you don't get the points?

Wow, well apparently just paying off an exhaust fix-it ticket in CA counts as a moving violation now!
So it tuns out I have 6 moving violations.
Also found out I pay $2k for insurance every 6 months (from 1,600),
b/c the damn evo is considered a dangerous vehicle now or some other nonsense.

luckily they threw out the one where it said i was going 90 in a 45 AND street racing.
funny thing was, the other car who was near didnt get cited for speeding, just racing and being unlicensed, and we were going around little corners that there is no way i could do 90 around i was going maby 50.. and i was already in 5th, and we pulled right over no problems.. the cop let me go and towed my buddys car, kinda shitty since they then later threw out the ticket since he didnt have the money to get it out of impound.. stupid socal police.
