how is the tach bad and is it from a auto ro 5 speed

It is a 5 speed cluster...... when I had that cluster in my car the tach didn't move, all the other gauges worked except for that one. Other than that I'm not really sure what is "bad" about the tach, other than it didn't work

I'm located in Buffalo, NY .... i'm guessing you guys are both over in nyc area? Mounts don't have any rips or tears etc, not really sure on the mileage but they don't have any issues.
