S13 chuki conversion?

so i have a 1990 240 with a chuki bumper but it just doesn't sit right =/. So i know i either have to get the bumper extensions or just get both the chuki fenders, but i can't seem to come by any chuki fenders! but i did find this

You could definitely buy the eBay item. The chuki fenders are the exact same thing, they just have the bumper extension. There should be two holes/tabs to mount but double sided tape would work.

Then you need to address the giant gap where the bumper meets the hood.

go to any local junk yard and pick up a pair of chuki fenders those extensions are not rare at all.... :/
as for the gap between bumper and hood its most likely the brackets on which the bumper bolts down to are probably tearing. there are two

I've gone to all sorts of junkyards and i've the only 2 240's i've found were completely stripped already >.>
idk which brackets you mean. I've checked all the bolts holding the bumper: the four on under the hood and the support under the bumper. Thats it right?

go to the pick ur parts on pch theres 2.
the brackets are the ones where the 4 bolts under the hood go, check to make sure the sheet metal hasnt torn like paper

and thanks ill check em out tomorrow, im guessing they are torn since my bumpers sagging so much :wtc:

edit: i just took a quick look at them. They look fine. i should take a closer look tomorrow

you need the actual bumper support in order to keep it from sagging.

lol, what? first of all, you could easily pocket these. and if you don't do that, i mean, those extensions shouldn't cost more than five bucks. where are you getting 20 in taxes, or is it a local thing

one problem though, the chuki bumper extensions have brackets on the back that go in holes that are only on the chuki fenders. so you'll have to jerry rig it a bit. i put a zenki fender on my '92 and wound up pulling the bracket things off the extension and epoxying it in place.
