He is the last registered owner on the title of my s13 and I need to complete a bill of sale with him so I can some plates and start driving again.

I found his twitter but can't seem to contact him through it.

He lives in Pamona, Ca and thats all I know.

I bought this car and lost all the paperwork and bill of sale and everything so this is my best option.

Last I heard, he was dragged away by a pack of wild hounds to Mexico... Odd, since he is Cambodian I think, and does not speak a word of Spanish.
I am pretty sure this is why he has yet to renew his premium membership here on The Zilvia.
