Hi,
I have a 1990 coupe with an rb20det (safc2, greddy downpipe, thats it)

It was driving perfectly fine, then all of a sudden today started to stutter really badly at certain RPMs. Once it hits a certain RPM, i get no power at all.

1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th gear around 2800 rpm
5th gear around 2200 rpm

In neutral, i can rev it up just fine.

I do have an SAFC, A/F ratio is like 1% at idle and goes up to around 12-15%ish.
Hot wire 2 in 5 out

I do know i have a pretty big exhaust leak.. would this make it bog that badly?

Please throw out any ideas you may have

So far ideas are:
Fuel filter
Fuel pump
Injectors
MAF
Spark plugs

Thanks in advance

Your intercooler's disconnected/leaking somewhere, you've got a hole in one of your couplers or it's disconnected at the throttle plate or somewhere like that. Same thing that happened to me this week, I'm waiting for my couplers right now.

yup intercooler leak...friend had an issue like this, replaced couplers and problem was solved...

though i had another friend with the same issue and he replaced the TPS and problem was solved..both were SRs

Thanks guys, right on the money.

One of my couplings had come loose and the pipe was barely in.

Put everything together and it runs better than ever.
