View Full Version : CA FS/FT Testing waters 1991 Rx-7 NA

What we have here is my lovely 1991 FC. I'm not really looking to get rid of it right this second but I would like to see what offers I could get, cash wise and trade wise.

Good.
Clean title in hand.
Transmission Just replaced, shifts like a champ
79xxx original miles on the chasis car is super straight.
Rebuilt 13B engine with less than 500 miles on it , I have the paperwork from the mechanic
New ngk spark plugs, new spark plug wires.
Clean body no real dings or scratches.
Original Paint is pretty clean for being 19 years old
Sunroof/Power windows work
New power steering pulley and belt.
Fresh oil change about 75 miles ago.
Recent radiator flush.
F1 racing stage 1 clutch kit, recently installed.
Interior is pretty decent. seats are a little sun faded, small tear here and there.
New after market steering wheel.



Bad.
Headlights are stuck into the up position, previous owner messed up the rod.
No radio
No a/c
Tags were due last month.

believe me man I want to, it's becoming a real pain in the ass to find parts for this car.... 4 different auto ecology places in one week, not a single rx-7... even all import in fontana :bash:

dude i'm there this weekend then!!!!! i hope they still have them..i went to the hillside pick a part one day and grabbed some shit off an s5... the next day it was gone =[

Anyone happen to see a white s4 with s5 tails at any junk yard? It was very clean white. With blue engine bay. And a REBUILT 13b renisis frankenstein. Clean blue Interior. uncracked blue dash. s5 steering wheel. CLEAN! My mom called pick a part on It while I was gone! Nice fc you have GLWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was this ricer blue S5 at the one off of beach and ball. It was in the back, pretty clean but had some kinda wierd flame pinstripe and was a lame blue color. This was about 3 weeks ago I believe?

I'd say around $2800? Not really sure how much FC's go for nowadays but tranny and tags and no a/c, those are some major components there. Although the rebuilt engine (with paperwork) is a huge plus!

I'm currently talking to a guy off rx7club for a tranny =] hopefully all goes well. The a/c is completely gone.. idk if i will even bother with that. Pioneer premier going in soon, with a nice sub/amp combo with some 12 inchers =]

i think i still have my AC stuff that i took off my FC, lmk if you're interested. i also have a turbo II map and MAF sensor with a filter. i took it off because i didn't need it.

paint color was NSX CRYSTAL WHITE.. a little pricey but worth it .. keep your fc dude ..
