View Full Version : aftermarket steering HUB and wheel install difficultly??

hey i just ordered a new steering wheel and HUB adapter, i already have the factory wheel off and did alot of research, but couldnt find any general install instruction... anybody know or can point me to a link that does? thanks

if you have you stock wheel off, just take the hub, bolt it back on using the bolt that was holding your stock wheel, and then screw the new steering wheel back on using the provided hardware. Done and done.

factory wheel is off.
you didn't the "hard' part.
slide the hub on.
make sure the wheel is straight.
might want to test drive the car in ur driveway to make sure the hub/wheel is straight.
i thought mine was on straight and i started driving and that shit was crooked

one way to see if the wheel is straight would be to lock your steering wheel with the wheels straight, then install the hub, then screw the steering wheel on, test drive it to see if indeed it is straight , if not then rotate the hub until it is straight.
