Check spark plug, wire, distributor, timing, fuel pressure, vacuum leak...

You should say what you have actually tried to do to fix the problem.

but yeah frank up there pretty much is pointing you in the direction you need to go.
Could also be:
Fuel filter
fuel pump
injector seals.

^^those can be cleared up if you check fuel pressure.

if you have the factory intake on the car there is a hole on the bottom side of the intake by the passenger side elbow i never saw it i am assuming its there for a reason breather maybe idk i changed eeeeevery thing before i found this problem plugs, wires, rotor, cap, fuel filter, checked fuel pump voltage, and then i put it on a lift its a hole about the size of a quarter and it was put there by the factory what i did was cut everything off a spark plug wire the part where it seals to the valve cover is all you need break off the tube and it fits perfect jb weld all day never came out if your cars breaking up its na and then goes check maf its maf related im telling you

THE CAR IS FIXED RUNS MIIIIINNNNNNT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

car was getting a bad reading because extra air was coming in that wasnt getting read the hole is way after the maf

There's a small black tank attached right by the radiator and small hose connect intake pipe to there. My s13 has it. I think it's a resonator or something.

My stock s14 is doing the same thing and I do not have that hole.
