Yes, I know everyone here know how to use eBay, but I'm posting this up anyways since I'm the owner and don't feel like copying the description.
These things are virtually impossible to get a hold of. I bought one from zilvia and the other came in from a while ago. I thought the guy just scammed me, but it turns out it was held up during shipping.

Since I'm required to post a price, I'll say $150 OBO (based off the ebay bidding right now)
