boost issue

my car boosts fine actually 2-3 psi more then it should but at about 6k rpm I lose all boost not just some but all but right when I shift i get boost back, even if i let off i get boost back. I dont know if its an issue with the wastegate or what maybe just a leak at high rpms idk but i have an redtop sr with an s15 t28, someone help!

need more info on your setup like tune injectors boost controller etc. the more you list the better

kind just sounds like your spiking hard.

stock injectors no tune no boost controller, stock the wastegate is set at 8 psi I believe, I hit 10-11 psi so idk

do you have and adjustable actuator or the stock one??

have you tested any boost leaks? maybe you have a leak and when you boost and it reaches peak it drops because it doesn't have the preassure holding it up? maybe? thats weird man. hmm ill think about it some more. but check boost leak for sure.

well it blows air outta my dip stick... my pvc valve is good so i guess i have bad rings or something.. has anyone had this problem?

well zip tie the dip stick down and double check it again. hmm interesting man. idk dude.
