you can't even feel the hp gain from aftermarket headers they are point less. just go turbo

Just keep the stock cat and get a thrush turbo muffler and have a muffler shop run whatever size pipe you want and weld that muffler on. Thats what i run on my daily and its got an alright tone and is pretty freaking quiet. And as far as feeling a power gain with a header, yes you can feel a difference, granted its not alot ,nor does it compare to a turbo ka. But with a header and decent exhaust youll feel a difference.

Kids these days...
Thick heat wrap on the header + high flow cat + long resonator + quality muffler = less noise.

Really?
The DC Sports header was lighter than my stock manifold, had better airflow, and sounded so much nicer.
The power gain is definitely noticeable.
KA's love to breathe. Header, intake, and 3" exhaust. Simple bolt-ons that give you a decent amount of power without emptying your wallet.
