so i needed to buy a small lightweight battery and was looking for the best bang for my buck and i found this, thought this might help some people looking to buy a battery

$60 versus $175 big price difference. Damn even my Miata battery was more than $60.
thats what i said i found out about the battery.
this site seems to be the lowest cost

I have a lawn mower battery in my car, never had a problem, it has 360cca and it has never let me down all winter...

walmart lawn and garden... Ive used 100 of them in 100 diff cars...
the post suck just nut n bolt it and your good....

Ah guys were have you been all these years. You can buy a sealed Miata battery at Autozone $85 and its a 450cca battery and it weighs 12lbs.. Its like the battery you listed above is worse not better. Seriously do your research here this topic has been covered.

stock mounting parts but, had to cut and weld the hooks and tie-down since the battery is 10x smaller.
you can get pretty creative with battery mounting.. i kept is simple.

So yours is underhood, think it would work in the trunk? Is it gel cell? If it's not too much trouble could you get the dimensions?

its about 8" long,
6.5" high
5" wide
NOT a gel cell..
go to autozone.. ask for a mazda mx5 miata battery. i think i ask for a 1995 idk

you really don't need pics. Just go to Autozone and ask about it, they will show it to you. Seriously I ran the same battery in my RB25 powered hatch.
I had a front mount setup and the battery was mounted parallel to the pipe. wedged in perfectly.

Which of those would you guys recommend for a 240SX?
I am trying to decide what the smallest one is that I could get away with using for daily driving.
Also, does 'dry, non-spillable' mean the same thing as dry cell?
