Master cylinder swap

It's time to change my master cylinder. I know that the automatic one is bigger than the manual mastercylinder Does anyone know if there is any benefits to putting a bigger automatic master cylinder in? I also have 300 zx brakes.

if you are going to upgrade get the 300zx MC that bolts into the car i know there was a thread for it on freshalloy that gave the P/N and description of it but i don't have the link B/C i am at work

With 300ZX front and stock rear - best bet is 15/16".

Automatic M/Cs are NOT bigger unless you're talking about '97-'98 ONLY!

Easiest M/C to get in 15/16" that'll fit would be from a Z31 or 4 wheel disc S12. That unit is something like $30+core from an auto parts store! Return your 7/8" unit as the core.
