my friend bought this cluster, paid via paypal and still didnt get any response. i guess it takes a long time to ship a gauge cluster.

what difference does it make how many posts or feedback he has? you pay with paypal (credit card) and they yank the funds back from the dipshit who accepted a payment without mailing you a product. money back is what you get.
