Alrighty, I own a 96 with SR20DET that by all means will not pass any state inspections. I am active duty military and I am transferring to Washington DC, so the car will be back in the Boyertown area towards the middle to end of April. I will have 10 days to get the car "inspected". So I need to know a shop that will pass a car with a little encouraging with some green. Anybody know of any place that will pass a modified car that wont pass emissions?
BTW the reason I wont pass emissions is, No Cat, and my elbow off the turbo has the divider for the exhaust port and wastegate, and the wastegate dumps to atmosphere about where the tranny is at. So it wont pass even if I tried...
