You're going to have to be more specific. Which part of the harness, what hole, why are you removing it???

there's a 6" ECU plug on the other side... you can pry off the rubber seal with a flathead.
pull on the harness... and then go back under the dash and push the plug some..
go back and forth doing this until the plug and harness pop out...
its not hard just study it carefully.

You're gonna have to have somebody under the dash guide the harness/ECU plugs out. Also, make sure everything is unplugged from under the ECU kick panel before you start yanking it out. Depending on what year S14 it is, certain years have a couple extra plugs that zenki s14s doesnt have.

Yea I removed the ruber boot but the harness feels stuck coming out from inside the car were the ECu is. I removed like 3 other clips that on the harness from the ECu side I jus dont want to rip the wire and the hole is so toght for it to come out.
Im removing iot to put the sr20 harness

There is a littlle clip that goes around a bolt behind the blower motor. Once you get the harness off the bolt and all the plugs are unplugged it is a peice of cake. Just guide it out little at a time.

The harness is ziptied to the firewall behind the blower motor. You can reach up behind it and cut it, pull really hard, or do it the right way, remove the blower case and clip the ziptie.
