It was one of those crazy times where it raned like crazy here in San Diego and certain parts did et flooded. This was sometime in late January. I remember because we were at TAS 2010/Japan during the storm in San Diego.

Because the OP is not responding to interested parties.
Which probably has quite a bit to do with the fact that he does not have the title in hand.

I don't particularly care about the first of those responses, but the second one suggests some shady shit is afoot. Do not sell a car if you cannot provide title to said car. That being said, this thread is closed, you may re-post when you have time to be bothered with attending to the item you intend to sell and can actually complete the deal with a proper title.
