who can fix this tap or tick noise coming frm the head my sr s13redtop, im thinking either lifters, timing chain rattle, etc anyways i dont have tools nor a place to knock this out at:duh: , so lmk if any of you guys can help.. thnks or call me 909 782 2187

Sure it's not the chain guide. Sits in between the 2 cam gears. If that's it. It's pretty easy. Nissan calls for removal of all these on SR motors when their techs on working on them.

yea thats what i removed and WHAM it was quiet again(knock on wood).
